Sours In The Summer

Summer is FINALLY here and Culture Brewing is ready to celebrate. Last weekend we hosted our very first Sours In The Summer event at our Solana Beach location to kick-off our favorite season! We introduced SIX new styles of Berliner Weisses’ that all have a juicy, refreshing fruit flavor added to the recipe (other than traditional). The fruited styles include: Guava, Tangerine, Strawberry Rhubarb, Mango, and Blueberry Pomegranate. YUM!

In addition to the release of our sours, we had a summer-inspired pop-up shop on the patio with some great local vendors: The Aloha Collection, Blenders Eyewear, Skova.co, Be Kind Vibes, Driftline and Native Poppy. Guests were able to try out all the new sour styles while shopping for some new goods from these awesome brands.

We also had Sushi Uno on-site to help us feed the crowd! If you love poke,you have to try these guys! Their team was able to put together a menu of poke pairings that paired perfectly with each of our sours. Like our sours, poke is also a delicious, flavorful option that somehow seems to taste even better during Summer!

These new sours are the perfect beverage for a day in the sun, with a tart edge and crisp taste experienced with each and every sip. Cruise out to a Culture Tasting Room near you and give these guys a try! They won’t be available for long, so get ‘em while you can!
